How does availability work?+
Confirmed bookings reserve their selected pieces. PartyPilot checks for conflicts and includes the item’s turnaround buffer. Inquiries and quotes do not reserve inventory.
Can customers see my packages?+
Yes. Every company receives a unique public catalog link. Active packages appear with photos and descriptions, plus your logo and contact information. Internal pricing and notes remain private.
Does PartyPilot collect payments?+
No. You can record deposits, balances and payment methods for your own records, but the system does not charge your customers or connect to a payment gateway.
Can my team help manage operations?+
Yes. Invite team members with owner, admin or staff access. Staff can follow operational workflows while management areas are restricted by role.
Can I correct a return recorded by mistake?+
Yes. Open Edit Return to review and correct the saved status, condition, notes and photo. Historical corrections preserve later inventory operations.
