1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Use govern the PartyPilot website and platform (the “Service”), operated by MOTIVE DIGITAL, located in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into this agreement. If you use PartyPilot for a business, you represent that you are authorized to act for that business.
In these terms, “PartyPilot,” “we” and “us” refer to MOTIVE DIGITAL. “You” refers to the account holder or business using the Service.
2. Accounts and team access
Access may be provisioned by a platform administrator or following an approved subscription purchase. Provide accurate contact information, keep it current and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly reporting unauthorized access.
Business owners control their team’s access and permissions. Invite or create accounts only for authorized people, and remove access when it is no longer appropriate. Do not share a single login among unrelated users or access another business’s workspace without authorization.
3. Using the service
PartyPilot provides tools for customer records, inventory, packages, bookings, availability, calendars, operational checklists, returns, cleaning, financial records, reports, rental contract PDFs and public catalogs. Available features depend on the current product and your role.
You remain responsible for your rental business, physical inventory, schedules, customer communications, pricing, taxes, insurance, safety and rental obligations. Availability results depend on accurate dates, item selections, buffers and stock records. Review generated contracts and use rental policies appropriate to your business.
Rental financial records do not process customer payments or verify settlement. Contract PDFs do not provide electronic signatures. The public catalog lets visitors explore packages and contact the business; it does not automatically confirm a rental.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Platform subscriptions are purchased through the checkout linked from the sales page, currently operated by Hotmart. The price, currency, billing frequency, applicable taxes and renewal conditions displayed at checkout govern your purchase. Review those conditions before paying.
Where recurring billing applies, you authorize it under the checkout terms until you cancel. Hotmart handles payment processing under its own terms and privacy practices. PartyPilot receives purchase-related information needed to provision accounts and keep purchase records; the Service does not collect full payment card details through its workspace.
Purchasing a PartyPilot subscription is separate from payments your rental customers make to your business. Contact us if an approved purchase has not resulted in account access.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may request cancellation of future subscription renewals through the purchase provider’s subscription controls or contact us for assistance. Canceling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. Check the provider’s confirmation and applicable billing period.
The sales page offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. To request a refund under that guarantee, contact us or use the purchase provider’s refund process within 7 days after the purchase, with your purchase email and transaction reference. Processing and payment return timing depend on the purchase provider and payment method. This does not limit any additional rights required by applicable law or granted at checkout.
Canceling a rental booking inside PartyPilot does not cancel your platform subscription or issue a refund to your rental customer.
6. Your content and public catalog
You retain ownership of the records, descriptions, photos, logos and other content you submit. You grant us permission to store, process and display that content as necessary to provide, maintain and support the Service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload it and to enter personal information about customers or staff.
Information you choose to publish in your public catalog, including business branding, active package descriptions and photos, and business contact details, is accessible to anyone with the link. Do not publish confidential information or personal information you are not authorized to disclose.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or infringing activity.
- Do not upload malicious code, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access controls or disrupt the Service.
- Do not access, copy or disclose another customer’s data without authorization.
- Do not publish content that violates privacy, intellectual property or other rights.
- Do not overload the Service through automated requests or use it to send unsolicited communications.
8. Platform ownership
PartyPilot’s software, branding, interface and platform materials belong to PartyPilot or their respective licensors. Your subscription grants permission to use the Service for your business under these terms; it does not transfer ownership of the platform or permit resale of platform access.
9. Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. You are responsible for appropriate notices and permissions when entering your own customers’ or staff members’ information. Only enter data needed for your rental operations. Do not store full payment card numbers, banking credentials or unnecessary sensitive information in notes or uploads.
Notify us promptly if you believe your account or workspace has been compromised. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Availability and third parties
We may update features, perform maintenance or address technical issues. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain unchanged. Keep copies of documents and information you need for critical business activities.
The Service may link to third-party services such as Hotmart, mapping services and email applications. Their availability and practices are governed by their own terms. PartyPilot does not control those services.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security issue, misuse, violation of these terms or an account/payment issue. Contact us to resolve an access restriction. You may stop using the Service and request account closure by email.
Before requesting closure, retain the records you need and ask us about retrieving or deleting workspace data. Some information may need to be retained for transaction records, legal obligations, security or dispute resolution as explained in the Privacy Policy. Removing a team member is not the same as deleting a business workspace.
12. Responsibilities and liability
The Service is a business management tool and is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that it will meet every business requirement, prevent every scheduling conflict or replace professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing your records and decisions before relying on them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PartyPilot is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities, resulting from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
If a dispute arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive rights or remedies available under applicable law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service changes. The updated text and revision date will be posted here. For material changes affecting existing customers, we will provide notice through the Service or the account contact email as appropriate. Applicable law governs when changes take effect for an existing agreement.
14. Contact
For questions about these terms, subscription access, cancellation or refunds, email contact@partypilot.online. Include your account email and relevant transaction reference. Do not send passwords or full card details.
