1. Scope and responsibilities
This policy applies to the PartyPilot sales website, platform accounts and information processed through PartyPilot workspaces and public catalogs. PartyPilot is operated by MOTIVE DIGITAL, located in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil. MOTIVE DIGITAL is responsible for processing platform account, subscription and support information for its own purposes. Contact us at contact@partypilot.online for privacy questions.
A rental business using PartyPilot decides what customer, staff and rental information to enter and how to use it for its own operations. We process those workspace records to provide the Service to that business. For questions about a rental company’s use of your information, contact that company directly; we can assist with requests relating to information held in PartyPilot where appropriate.
2. Information collected
- Account and business details: name, email, password credentials stored in hashed form, phone, business name, address, logo, time zone, roles and account status.
- Workspace records: customer names and contact details, event names and locations, schedules, inventory and package details, notes, uploaded images, operational checklists, return records and activity history.
- Financial records: booking totals, deposit amounts/statuses, balance statuses, recorded payment methods and generated contract information. These are records entered by your business, not payment card transactions processed by PartyPilot.
- Subscription purchase information: information sent by Hotmart, such as buyer name, email and available phone details, purchase/event references, subscription identifiers and account provisioning results.
- Technical information: session identifiers and request information used to operate the Service, including IP address, browser/device information and error or security information where recorded by the application or hosting infrastructure.
- Support correspondence: information you provide when contacting us, including your email and the details needed to investigate your request.
Do not enter full payment card details, banking passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in records or uploads.
3. How information is used
We use information to create and authenticate accounts, provide workspace features, display the public catalogs businesses choose to publish, process purchase notifications, send password setup/reset messages, provide support, maintain security and investigate errors or misuse. Transaction references help identify purchase events and avoid duplicate account provisioning.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, the basis depends on the information and purpose: providing an agreed service, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Service, legal obligations, or consent where required. Rental businesses are responsible for establishing their own appropriate basis for the customer/staff information they enter.
5. Public catalogs and sales-page examples
Public catalogs show business names and logos, active package descriptions/photos and business contact information, including email, phone and address when provided. Anyone with the link can view those published details. A shared link is not a private access control. Businesses should publish only information they intend customers and visitors to see.
Real registration notices on the sales page are anonymous and do not disclose account names or emails. Subscription notifications using randomly selected names are illustrative examples, not real purchase records.
6. Cookies and browser storage
PartyPilot uses session cookies and related security mechanisms to keep the Service functioning, authenticate signed-in users and protect form submissions. If you select Remember me, persistent authentication cookies may be used. Browser session storage remembers when you dismiss sales-page notifications. These mechanisms are separate from advertising tracking.
You can manage or delete cookies and site storage through your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or normal workspace use. The current platform does not use cross-site advertising tracking and does not change its behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal. Third-party sites you visit have their own settings and policies.
7. Retention and deletion
Workspace records are retained to provide the Service while the business uses its account. Deactivating an inventory piece, canceling a booking, closing a booking or removing a team member does not automatically erase related historical records. Public catalog visibility is controlled by the content and active package settings.
Contact us to request account closure or deletion of information. We review requests in light of workspace ownership, other users’ rights and applicable obligations. Certain transaction, security or dispute-related records may need to be retained for their relevant purpose or a legally required period. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup cycle expires. We do not promise immediate removal from every backup or a universal retention period for every record type.
8. Security and access
The application uses account authentication, hashed passwords, company-scoped workspace access and role-based controls. Protect your account credentials and review your team’s permissions regularly. Uploaded content and public catalogs should not include confidential information that you intend to keep private.
No system is completely secure. If you suspect unauthorized access or disclosure, contact us promptly with enough information to investigate, without sending passwords or full card details.
9. Your choices and privacy requests
You can update supported business and record fields in the workspace, manage team access as the owner and control active packages displayed in your catalog. For account corrections or requests to access, obtain a copy of, delete or restrict personal information, email us. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to object, portability, withdraw consent or complain to a competent data protection authority.
Where Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) applies, rights include confirmation of processing; access; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive or unlawfully processed data; portability subject to applicable regulations; information about sharing; and withdrawal of consent and deletion of consent-based data, subject to legal retention exceptions. You may request review of decisions made solely through automated processing that affect your interests. You may also submit a complaint to Brazil’s data protection authority, ANPD.
We may request reasonable information to verify your identity and authority before releasing or changing records. Requests are free of charge to the extent required by applicable law. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any applicable limitations. We will not penalize you for exercising rights available under applicable law.
If your information was entered by a rental business, contact that business first. An individual’s request does not automatically authorize deletion of another business’s entire workspace.
10. International processing
PartyPilot is offered online, and information may be processed in locations where the Service and its providers operate. Those locations may have different privacy laws from your location. Where applicable law requires protections for international transfers, the required safeguards must apply. Contact us for information relevant to your account or business requirements.
11. Children’s information
PartyPilot is a business tool for adults and is not intended for children under 18 to create platform accounts. We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children under 13. A rental business arranging children’s parties should use the adult customer’s contact details and avoid entering unnecessary children’s personal information or photos. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information directly to the platform.
12. Policy updates
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or the account contact email as appropriate. We will seek consent or provide additional notices where required by applicable law.
13. Contact
Send privacy questions or requests to contact@partypilot.online. Identify the account or business involved and describe your request. Never include your password.
